Are you in control of your brand?
I've recently become more involved in advising companies on how to manage their brand visual identity.
This is mainly from expanding organisations or organisations that have multiple offices in different countries.
Their main concern is that their brand is being inconsistently applied and communicated, meaning they are not in control of it. This is not an uncommon issue for many organisations.
The main problem usually stems from when organisations are small or starting out, when the managing director is doing just about everything from generating sales and managing cashflow to picking up the kids from nursery while being in a client meeting at the same time!
