After beating off the competition in a 5 way nationwide pitch, Brand/68 were commissioned by Estyn, Her Majesty's Inspectorate for Schools and Education in Wales, to conduct a brand audit and report to the board on it findings.
The audit investigated the role and perception of Estyn among key stakeholder groups and will be used to develop a strategy for future engagement. Matt Swales, Brand/68 Research Director, said, "We used a mixed methodology of qualitative and quantitative techniques to talk to over 500 key stakeholders. The results were enlightening and have been used to propose strategic recommendations to the Estyn board."
